Please join us for an interactive roundtable experience as we discuss topics related to the professional development of faculty and staff. After a brief introduction, attendees will break into groups to discuss best practices and ask questions.

At the end of the session, attendees will be able to: -identify employee development best practices at their colleges -discuss continuous improvement efforts as they relate to employee development -implement new strategies to improve the effectiveness of employee development

**7-minute introduction of Collin and our roles with professional development **3-minute explanation of the session **remaining 40 minutes attendees will have the opportunity to visit 3+ tables Topics include: employee onboarding, faculty development, staff development, leadership development, and more Each table will have 5+ questions to spark discussions For example, “What has been your college’s greatest employee onboarding success story?” **5-minute reflections/questions
