Genevieve “Gen” Northup serves as Collin College’s HR Manager of Professional Development. She oversees all training and professional development programs for staff and administrators and spends her days designing and facilitating training to develop Collin’s current and future leaders. She received a BS in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the University of Maryland.
