This project started as part of a national conversation on how to address equity in institutions that is progressively pluralistic and diverse regardless of geographical location. Very often, when we hear the word diversity, most would think of race and what seen in big urban universities or colleges. But as we have come to realize, diversity is more than race, it is socioeconomic, gender identity, generational, religion, nationality, veteran and of course race, just to name a few.
