Iris Harvey completed her doctorate degree in Critical Literacy (Multi-ethnic Literature emphasis) at Texas A&M University-Commerce in 2009. She has been teaching English for twenty years; she has spent fourteen of those years working with students at Tarrant County College. Iris enjoys exploring the challenges of equity and inclusion through literature and writing.

Carolina Saleh holds a Masters in Human Relations and Business and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Communication from Amberton University She is currently an Academic Advisor for Tarrant County College Northeast Campus Advising/Counseling department. She is also an Adjunct Speech Faculty for both TCC Connect and Northeast Campus. Carolina is very much involved with Northeast Campus Faculty Association where she serves on the faculty senate.
