This presentation focuses on one of TCCD's efforts to create space for challenging conversations. It highlights a three phase program designed to make diversity, equity, and inclusion an integral part of the TCC mission. The presentation explores results of one phase and its potential use for improving strategy/implementation for programming efforts. This session encourages administration, faculty, staff, and students to consider ways to develop and support equitable, inclusive, diverse initiatives.
