Through hiring student employees, I have discovered that there is opportunity to help them gain experiences through their positions on campus. Through student employment we can assist them in obtaining skills desirable to any employer. In this project I have outlined my experience in developing a training program in which we can share our focus with the student we tutor and the student we employ. Through the discovery of how student employment on campus impacts student success, I have defined ways to equip our students with skills that will aid in their success after TCC.
