The ways in which we deliver instruction were vastly affected in 2020. What happened for most institutions was a crash course in the essentials. If no plans were in place, they had to be made on the fly, and refined as the months went on. This presentation provides a broad overview of some of the strategies recommended for college staff to consider, including devices, equity, accessibility, learning management tools, communication and collaboration.
