Session Description

Building a campus culture that actively embraces student success requires an institutional commitment. At Eastfield College, Guided Pathways (GPS) serves as a catalyst to drive student success. This session will explore the implementation of GPS at Eastfield explore ways colleges can use this initiative to impact the student’s experience.

Session Goals

• Learn about Guided Pathways implementation at Eastfield College and the Dallas County Community College District • Explore strategies to engage student learners at specific points in their academic journey • Identify ways to engage both faculty and staff in student reforms and student success initiatives
