Session Description

This presentation reviews the implementation and success rates of the NCTC co-req design. Students enroll in any section of 1301 and any section of INRW-CR which fits their schedule. Common books and similar assignments in 1301 allows for some cohesion between classes, but challenges are present.

Session Goals

Our primary goal is to share knowledge. Having more cohesion and a common theme in ENGL 1301 gives the student more flexible scheduling. But there are challenges when students in INRW-CR are from different sections with different instructors.
