Susan Whitmer is an Instruction Librarian at Texas Woman's University (TWU) in Denton, and serves as the primary library instructor for the first-year composition program. She earned two degrees at the University of North Texas: a Bachelor of Fine Arts and a Master of Library and Information Science. She has written articles on academic librarianship and a book chapter on Google Books. Her experience as a certified yoga teacher, helps her write and teach using mindfulness techniques.
