Mackenzie Reiter has worked at North Central Texas College since May 2016 as an Academic Advisor. She found her passion for Higher Education through her experience at Texas Tech University, where she was involved in student organizations and worked on campus. She graduated with a Bachelor of General Studies, and from there she attended Texas State University and received her M.Ed. in Student Affairs in Higher Education. She is able to relate to her students as she is a first-generation college student, who started out at a community college then transferred to a university. She enjoys working with students and helping them gain college access. She loves spending time with her husband and new baby girl, Scarlett!
