Jennifer L. O’Loughlin-Brooks is a psychology professor at Collin College and serves as primary advisor to the Collin Chapter of Psi Beta National Honor Society. She received her MS in Experimental Psychology from Emporia State University and graduated from Texas Christian University with a B.A. in Psychology and Speech/Communications.
