Aaron J. Griffen, Ph.D. is a P-12 Practitioner-Scholar with over 21 years of experience in public and charter as a middle school English teacher, assistant principal, as a high school principal, and currently as the VP of Diversity Equity and Inclusion at DSST Public Schools. He is an author, speaker, and consultant in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Leadership Coaching and Urban Policy and Analysis. Dr. Griffen is the editor of the resource volume “Challenges to Integrating Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Programs in Organizations”.
