I am a native of Dallas, Texas and have been involved in public education since the early 2000’s when I began teaching Honors Spanish. Later, I transitioned to teaching Bilingual Education at a local elementary school and I currently work with adult learners at Dallas College. A graduate of the Universityof Texas at Arlington. I also serve as the Distance Learning and Tech Integration Coach for adult education within the district. I have dedicated myself to becoming a life-long educator and learner, and strive to instill a similar desire in all of the students with whom I work. As an educational leader and advocate within the Dallas College my work with the instructors and students of the WorkReadyU Adult Education and Literacy program helps both instructors and students build digital capacity with skills that are both practical and beneficial in their daily lives.
