With over 30 years of experience in higher education, including faculty and administrative roles at universities and community colleges, Dr. Christine Hubbard has served as President of the North Texas Community College Consortium (NTCCC) since 2014. In this role, Dr. Hubbard provides professional development and leadership programs for community colleges across North Texas comprising one-third of the state’s enrollment. Under her leadership, NTCCC created, facilitates, and hosts the Transfer Collaborative, a portal with guided pathways from community colleges to universities across Texas.
